Parchment Paper
Until a few weeks ago, I would rarely use parchment paper. Now, I discovered it to be an amazing tool in photography to use to put in front of an object or person. I had no clue how it would turn out, so I just had fun with it! My brother even agreed to model! Usually, my friends love to model for me, but unfortunately, they couldn’t due to social distancing. I made the best out of the situation with the items I had available to me during the craze of the pandemic.
For one of the photographs, I had my brother hold a faux flower in front of a window. With the other hand, he held a piece of parchment paper in front of the flower. The window really gave the photo the light it needed. Next was my brother’s turn to model! I had him press up against the parchment paper from a few different angles. The different positions I had him do were hilarious. In the end, it was worth it. I took both photographs, edited them in black and white, and boom! Two, gorgeous photographs derived from parchment paper I found in my kitchen!
