Pantyhose Project

A couple of weeks ago I described the different fabrics I picked up at JOANN Fabrics and Crafts. When I was taking a few self-portraits with those sheer fabrics, I decided to put a pair of my mom’s old pantyhose over my head. Even though my hair became a mess afterward, it was so worth it!

I hung a white sheet over my closet door in order to have the liberty to experiment with different textures as the background. In the following two photographs, I just googled “free high-resolution textures.” I, then, overlayed different textures with the self-portraits until I found the one that fit the distressed mood of the photograph. Experimenting is key! You never know what you are going to like unless you try it first!
